As the Head of Strategy, Planning, and Data Analysis at EEM Foundation, Adeola plays a pivotal role in driving initiatives that align with the foundation’s mission to empower youth and foster energy education and climate action across Africa. Adeola’s strategic insights and data-driven approach have been instrumental in shaping programs that make a lasting impact on communities. In addition to her work at EEM Foundation, Adeola also serves as the Head of Business Operations at a leading fintech company. In this role, Adeola is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the business, ensuring the seamless integration of financial technology solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Adeola’s focus on operational excellence and technology adoption has been crucial in maintaining the firm’s position as a leader in the fintech industry. Previously, Adeola led operations at a mobile technology company, where they spearheaded strategic initiatives that resulted in significant cost reductions and enhanced workflow efficiency. Their leadership in operational restructuring and process improvement contributed to the company’s growth and success. Adeola has also made significant contributions in the education sector, particularly at a STEMfocused academy, where they were instrumental in expanding educational programs and scaling operations to reach over 34,000 beneficiaries across multiple regions in Nigeria. Adeola holds a First Class Honors degree in Business Education from Ekiti State University and has earned professional certifications in Operations Management, Project Management, Six Sigma and many more.
